Applications for Carvd N Stone’s $1,200 Emergency Entrepreneurial Grant for Milwaukee Entrepreneurs is Now Available
Milwaukee – With the recent protest taking place around the world, Carvd N Stone Inc. (CNS) is using their platform to speak up against injustices. Along with providing positive news about the good that is still going on, CNS is awarding a $1,200 Emergency Entrepreneurial Grant to a Milwaukee entrepreneur.
The CNS Emergency Entrepreneurial Grant’s applications are now available and will close on June 12, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST. The grant is open to entrepreneurs in the City of Milwaukee who range from 17-28 years of age.
The grant can be used for, but not limited to, living expenses, inventory for business or contract work.
“Many organizations have announced emergency grants and funds during this time, but they’re only for businesses. What about the people who are working on their craft every day, but don’t always have an established business or system? Young entrepreneurs of Milwaukee are being left out of the funding and this grant is trying to fight against that,” said CNS Founder Nyesha Stone. “Here’s an opportunity for young go-getters to get a small hand up because we all need it sometimes.”
Once applications close, the grant recipient will be selected and will be mailed a cashier’s check written out to them. The grant is open to all Milwaukee area entrepreneurs but will have special preference to Black, Northside entrepreneurs.
Requirements to be considered for grant:
· Resident of the City of Milwaukee.
· Between the ages of 17-28 years old.
· Full-time/part-time entrepreneur for at least one year.
· Proof of entrepreneurship.
