The CNS Emergency Entrepreneurial Grant has gone National
Milwaukee – To say thank you to their supporters and new team members, Carvd N Stone (CNS) is opening up a third round of the CNS Emergency Entrepreneurial Grant. CNS will be awarding a $500 grant to an entrepreneur in Wisconsin, California or Louisiana. The applications for the grant open on Dec. 7, 2020 at 9 am CST and will close on Dec. 14, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST.
The first two rounds were for Milwaukee entrepreneurs only. The third round will be dedicated to the states where CNS writers reside.
“Instead of losing business, we’ve grown tremendously during this pandemic. People are searching for positive news and we’re here to provide it to them,” said CNS Founder Nyesha Stone. “It’s been an honor to work alongside such amazing people. They really elevate the brand and I can’t wait to see where they take it.”
CNS has gone from a team of one to many, including Olivia Harden (CA), Lara Harrison (LA) and Dylan Deprey (WI). Along with Social Media Intern Pamelina Williams (WI), who will receive a $850 stipend.
The grant is open to any entrepreneurs in Wisconsin, California or Louisiana who range from 17-28 years of age. The grant can be used for, but not limited to, living expenses, inventory for business or contract work, and more.
Ashley Jordan of Soulful Juice and Donya Robinson of STAINED were winners of the first two rounds. Jordan received $1,200 and Robinson received $700. Both grants were partially funded by donations.
The third round is fully funded by Carvd N Stone.
